It felt more like February on Tuesday as highs struggled to make it into the 40s. We bounce back to the middle 50s on gusty southerly breezes Wednesday with showers developing during the afternoon. Plenty of sunshine for a sensational Thursday with highs near 70°F. Highs fall back into the 50s Friday with showers and a possible thunderstorms. Dry Saturday with highs near 80°F then rain returns later Sunday with highs in the middle 70s.

We know it’s already mid-April, but an intense spring storm is bringing late, yet heavy snow across the Northeast region. It’s always a good time to brush up on your snow storm safety.
Meteorologists say that the best thing to do ahead of a snowstorm is to be prepared. Check to see if your shovel is usable and proceed to shovel the sidewalk and area around you. Make an emergency supply kit for your car, charge your devices and stock your fridge up with basic essentials. Then, as the storm passes, remember to check on your neighbors, make sure your pipes aren’t frozen, and restock for the next storm.
